Kitty, Daisy & Lewis Release New Album

Complete Ltd are proud to announce the latest album launch from London based band, Kitty, Daisy & Lewis.

Approached to produce the album cover design for The Third, Complete Ltd was there from concept to completion of the Kentish Town group’s brief to create artwork featuring the trio of musician siblings in a pastiche of a Royal Mail Queen’s head postage stamp.

Highly talented, the eponymous band’s musical style incorporates a wide range of instruments. Kitty plays guitar as well as being a skilled harmonica soloist, Lewis leads on piano and guitar and Daisy is on the drums, between them they switch from vocals, banjo, tambourine, ukulele, accordion, xylophone and trombone. Fans of their unique musical style include the late Amy Winehouse, Dustin Hoffman, Ewan McGregor and Mick Jones of The Clash. So impressed with their work, Mick Jones provided the production on The Third, a first since the band has never used a producer before. With Jones’ influences on their latest record, the album sees a slight shift change to their musical style, yet still maintains their natural and raw sound.

Complete Ltd held the photography shoot at our Old Schoolhouse studio in Shoreditch and cast the photographer and hairstylist. Kitty, Daisy and Lewis provided their own make-up, styling and props such as the jewelled crowns that the girls wear on the album cover. Post-Production was provided in-house at Complete Ltd, including the cover artwork, design, retouching and colour management working closely with the whole band throughout the creative and sign off processes. The image was used for vinyl and cd covers, as well as promotional posters on the London Underground and billboards.
